Dear Friends,

After a fair and independent investigation, the office of the Attorney General issued a lengthy report which clearly shows it is time for the Governor to resign.

The Assembly Judiciary Committee is scheduled to meet today and it is expected that the Assembly will soon move forward to impeachment.

As we said in March, we support the survivors who have and will come forward.

We recognize one resignation or one impeachment, however extraordinary, only addresses the symptoms. All people and institutions engaged in politics and government in New York State must reflect on our responsibility in creating improved worker protections everywhere and ending a culture of abuse, misconduct, and harassment anywhere.

We continue to call for the complete passage of the legislative agenda put forth by the Sexual Harassment Working Group and will work for a harassment free New York State.
