I’m a woman but I am not a Democrat. Is this the right training for me?
Our trainings focus on campaigning with a progressive value set, including learning tools offered exclusively to Democratic and progressive candidates. There are organizations that offer support to conservative women, or you can look to non-partisan organizations, such as the League of Women Voters in your state.
I’m a pro-choice Democratic woman! However, I do not reside in New York State. May I still sign up?
Hooray! While some of the information in our trainings may be broadly applied to progressive women running across the country, much of what we learn is tailored to New York State. You are welcome to join us, but there may be an organization offering a more local approach. The Center for American Women in Politics (CAWP) maintains this list of local organizations, or you can check out Emily’s List.
